Our Story: How Do Run for Wellness Began

Do Run for Wellness started because of my own personal journey to feeling better in both body and mind. I struggled with things like anxiety, depression, overthinking, and OCD. While medication helped, I wanted to learn more about why I felt this way and how the brain works.

Along the way, I found the amazing research of scientists like Andrew Huberman from Stanford and Dr. Daniel Amen, who studies brain health. Their work inspired me to dive into the connection between the brain and overall wellness.

During this time, I started running. At first, it was just something simple to try, but it quickly became more than that. Running helped me clear my mind, feel stronger, and find balance in my life. It wasn’t just exercise; it was a way to feel better inside and out.
